Glenn Christenson, Formally CFO, Station Casinos, Board member - First American Financial

Current board involvement and other activity since leaving Station Casinos.  As the main topic please cover the current status of gaming, as you see it, and where the industry is headed.

One of our all time most popular speakers, Glenn Christenson, will join us again.  Glenn is recipient of our speaker of the year award on two occasions.  He served as Station Casino’s Executive VP & CFO.  He was Station employed for almost 20 years.  He was the casino giant’s “face” to Wall Street analysts.  His reputation as a savvy businessman and gaming industry expert is renown.  He currently serves on the boards of Sierra Pacific Resources (SRP) and First American Financial as part of a shareholder activist group.

Michael Yackira, President and CEO of Sierra Pacific Resources, the parent of Nevada Power.

On February, 2007, Michael Yachira was elected President and CEO of our local utility, Sierra Pacific Resources.  He will be delivering his first presentation to the AFC.  He is a power industry veteran holding executive positions with various utility companies prior to joining SRP in 2003.  Michael serves on the SRP board and is involved with various valley charities.

He will present an overview of the current power system with an emphasis on alternative sources.
