Mark Skousen, PhD Dr Mark Skousen, an internationally known economist, investment expert, university professor, and author of over 25 books spoke to the club on May 12. He has been the editor of Forecasts & Strategies for 30 years. His presentation was a summary of charts that measures the economy in several ways with a focus on the impending deficits that will be the greatest in the country's history. He made an example of real money versus paper money with one member getting a newly minted silver dollar that is worth $19. He also gave the audience the benefit of knowing the 6 high yielding stocks that he holds in his managed portfolio. |
